This model retains all the hallmark Les Paul Custom features: big mother-of-pearl block inlays, split-diamond headstock inlay, and full multi-ply binding. The 490R / 498T pickup set (Alnico II and Alnico V respectively) delivers a powerful, articulate voice—from warm, rounded cleans to aggressive, singing lead tones.
